The Face-Crib Services sites are general purpose sites and are designed

to harm) other users' computers or would allow others to inappropriately
access software or Web sites. |

to any other users. Members are also governed by the laws of their
country and must not enter into any act which would be considered
illegal by such laws. |

| Face-Crib does not allow posting or use of computer programs that
contain destructive features such as: viruses, worms, Trojan horses,
or bots for the use of scrolling, showing multiple screens, and other
activities that can be disruptive to online communication. |

| All Upgrade Subscription Services, are non transferable and apply
to 1 member account only. This is the account from which the product
or subscription was purchased. All Upgrade Subscription Services are
non refundable. |

| Please don't 'spam' through the Communication Services available
with Face-Crib; none of our users like it. To spam includes sending
identical and irrelevant submissions to many different users. To spam
also includes misrepresenting the source of anything you say or post.
Spamming is a serious violation of online etiquette. |

| Although we strive to provide the best facilities we can to ensure
maximum speed and availability from our servers and software, Face-Crib
does not offer any SLA (Service Level Agreement) or any guarantee
in relation to Service up-time or availability for any Service, Product
or Premium Subscription Service. All Services provided are on an 'as
is' basis. |

| Face-Crib encourages our users to create their own web pages and
communities. The creators of these pages/areas act as Hosts. Hosts
may contact us for banning a user from their area/site if a participant
violates one of these Terms + Conditions. By participating in a user-created
area, you agree to be bound to the rules of that area. |

or Service at any time without notice, explanation or liability without
